In summer holidays, our bookings run from Sunday-Sunday, with a minimum stay of one week. In off-peak season (e.g. school term-time) we can be more flexible with short breaks, weekends and last minute deals so please do get in touch if you have any queries.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

Payments and cancellations
To confirm your booking we need 30% of the total booking cost at the time of booking as a non-refundable deposit. The outstanding balance is due 8 weeks before your holiday start date. If you need to cancel, we are happy to refund if we are able to resell the dates at the same price as you paid. We'll also need a security deposit of £200 (due 2 weeks before the start of your holiday) which will be refunded following your holiday, provided all is left in good order at Bryn Engan.
Payment by BACS or cheque.
Prices include bed-linen, towels, electricity, central heating, logs for the woodburning stove and WiFi: no hidden extras!
