Accessibility
For guests with limited mobility, there is double bedroom and a bathroom downstairs. Access to the house is all flat. There is a small (2") step between the kitchen and the dining room.
General information
There is ample private parking in the farmyard. The house has full central-heating and is double-glazed throughout. Central heating and logs for the wood-burner are all included.
Bed-linen, towels and tea towels all included. The house is cleaned before each visit. Our cot has a mattress, but please bring your own bedding for it, for reasons of hygiene.
Sorry, no smoking and no dogs, as there are often sheep/lambs in adjoining fields.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Our Wi-Fi is usually absolutely fine; however, we can't guarantee the speeds will be everything you may be used to if you have fibre broadband!
Please note the bannister height upstairs is just under 1m, do take care. There is also a well-fenced-off shallow water-channel at the end of the yard.
